EScv1 needs to breakout past the Cloud Chart resistance zone on the 4 H cloud chart. The 1H CC is so far positive with price action above the Cloud. 

The daily CC show the critical levels that the EScv1 that is above the Cloud, and that is bullish for now. Any price action below the Cloud will change the outlook to bearish. Daily, ok, 1H ok, but 4H not ok since the EScv1 is still fighting that Cloud Chart resistance zone!
